Artist in Residence at Village Church

Village Church is seeking an Artist in Residence for 11-months of 2025, February to December to create a lasting, creative impact on the wider community and church. The artist will create original work, lead art showcases, inspire future generations, and use art as a bridge between the tech culture surrounding the church, with the spiritual and theological. This residency offers the chance to create art that reflects God's beauty, promotes worship, and connects people in meaningful ways.

Assistant Nursery Supervisor

Are you passionate about childcare and nurturing young minds in a multicultural, inclusive environment? We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Nursery Supervisor to join our vibrant team at Village where we are committed to creating a loving space in which every child feels valued and cared for. We celebrate inclusivity and foster a welcoming community for all. This part-time position includes mandatory Oregon Sick Time and a pay range starting at $16.70 dependent on level of experience. The role is budgeted for 12 hrs./wk. with some flexibility. Specialists

We are looking for two part-time administrative specialists willing to volunteer several hours a week to support two pastors. 

One will support the Senior Director of Integrated Missional Living (Insil Kang) and the Pastor of Multiethnic Ministries (Mauricio Rivas). Job description here.

The other will support the Pastor of Intergenerational Ministry & the Arts (Drew Fajen) and the Pastor of Community Care & Discipleship (Pete Della Santina). Job description here.

Depending on your desire and skills, you will assist with administrative projects that could include creating registration webforms, reserving rooms, managing spreadsheets, or simply researching the best books for an upcoming training. In this role, you are welcome to contribute ideas that allow our ministries to integrate powerfully as we pursue our intercultural, intergenerational vision for a community in Christ.

Custodian

In this part-time role, you'll maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, handle general cleaning tasks and light maintenance, and ensure our facilities shine.

Director of Youth & Their Families

Compelled by the love of the Triune God, the Director of Youth & Their Families will prayerfully curate experiences, and programs for youth to follow Jesus, build spiritual friendships, and love others as themselves. The Director of Youth & Their Families will prayerfully rely on the Holy Spirit and work with the Pastor of Intergenerational Ministry & Art to help youth develop personal and communal relationships with God, spiritual friendships, intercultural, intergenerational community, growth in Christlikeness, and missional engagement and action in our world.

Operations & Admin Coordinator

Do you take great satisfaction from being productive and busy, but enjoy working with others to achieve a goal? Are you detail-oriented and willing to take ownership over projects and recurring processes? We are looking for someone with the natural wiring and strengths to support our operations team and organize the admin support across our ministries. You will interact with many cultures each day and experience a variety of tasks. You will work closely with the Executive Director and be responsible for coordinating both paid and unpaid administrative assistants. You will be welcomed to contribute ideas that allow our entire staff to be more efficient while maintaining a human-centric, servanthood approach to ministry.
